Take It Outside
Spring is such a great time of year; warm, beautiful days and nights – everything is blooming, the weather is so enjoyable and who doesn’t love sitting on the patio .
One thing I really enjoy doing in the Spring, which helps me stay motivated and compliant with my workout regimen, is to Take It Outside. I try not to overthink or overcomplicate my exercise routines, my goals are simple; move, get my heart rate up, break a good sweat, keep it simple and if nothing else, go for a 20-minute walk.
When you are traveling, stuck at home during COVID or just short on time, try not to use excuses to not exercise but rather get creative and at least do something. Remember, something is better than nothing. So, grab your headphones, your spouse, your kiddos and your dog and Take It Outside!
